Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Two of the best things combined: pasta + chips.

Tips

1. Experiment with spices: Try adding Italian seasoning or chili flakes for more flavor.
2. Make sure to use cooked pasta that is al dente to maintain a firm texture.
3. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them crispy.

Notes

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, ensuring each piece is lightly coated.

Add in the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pasta. Toss until the ingredients are evenly mixed and the pasta is well seasoned.

Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring there's enough space between the pieces for optimal frying.

Air fry for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta turns golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even crisping.

Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving. The pasta chips will crisp up more as they cool.
