How do I verify I'm a student?
You'll need a valid Student Beans ID with a specified expiry date, which you get when you sign up and verify your student status. It's free and only takes a minute.
What can't I use the discount on?
Infant milk/formula, prescription medication, marketplace products, beauty services, and anything containing tobacco, nicotine replacements or vapes (including refills) are all excluded. Giftcards and Health and Beautycard Points also don't qualify, and discount is calculated excluding VAT, delivery and other charges.
Is there a limit on how much I can save?
Yes, the 10% discount applies to a maximum spend of £50 per transaction, so the most you can save is £5 per order. This is for personal use only, and bulk buying more than 9 of any single product isn't allowed.
What if I pay part of my order with a giftcard?
If you use a giftcard and still have a balance left to pay, you'll only get the discount and rewards on that remaining amount, not the full purchase. Giftcard spend itself is excluded from the offer.
